Question: How do I order?

Question: How do I pick my fabrics, ribbons and/or designs?

Answer:

This is the fun part! You can pick a fabric and a design from any of the items on the website or you can advise Delilah what colors you are interested in and Delilah can mail you color swatches. Just remember, that no two ClubCovers sets are exactly alike! We can use the same fabric, but you'll need to pick a different ribbon and/or design for the top of cover. You can also, if you're local to Evansville, Indiana, call to arrange a time to meet with Delilah personally, to choose your fabrics, ribbons, designs, etc...

Question: When will my order be ready?

Answer:

It's hard to say for sure. Some orders can take up to two weeks to complete, some are ready in a few days. Delivery depends on the availability of fabric, hardware, volume of orders and Delilah's craftsmanship. All Club Covers, Tee Bags/Wristlets and Golf Towels are handmade by Delilah. She knows you are excited to see your girly designs and works diligently to unite you with your custom-made Club Covers, Tee Bags and Golf Towels.... Or whatever you order from Delilah.

Question: What's your return policy?

Answer:

Because your order is "custom made", returns are not allowed. Unless, Delilah incorrectly spells a name/monogram on your design. In that case, just return item and Delilah will happily replace it with correct spelling.

Question: Can you embroider items that I already own or provide?

Answer:

Yes! Just contact Delilah with what it is and what you want embroidered on it. Delilah will provide you a price before she embroiders.

Question: How can I contact you?

Question: How do I pay?

Answer:

We accept CHECKS, item will ship 10 days from when check is received. or we can accept PAYPAL. Just let us know if you want to pay by PAYPAL and we'll send you an invoice. Or you can pay CASH, if you're local.
